Taster at the Boise Brewpub. Palest of golden colors, small airy head. Tart apples, crisp and fizzy. Pure apple flavors here, no adjuncts. Lightweight.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear white gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is apple skin, pear, oak. Thin body, apple, pear, tart, light crisp finish, good.
