Draught (backlog). Hazy orange colour, creamy white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, caramelly and abit honeyish notes. Flavour is herbal, some honey, fudge and mild grassiness to it. Balanced, and quite well bodied.

Leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit geringem Schaum. Geruch leicht hopig, Blumen. Geschmack leicht malzig süß, Holz, Citrus.

Tap @ Beer Temple. Hazy, golden blonde color. White to off white head. Aroma’s: fruit, sweet, unripe fruit, herbs & spices, biscuit, caramel. Flavor is dominated by herbs, light sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes with plastic, slightly sour & bitter. Not my favorite Närke.

Tap at Borefts 2013. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is rich malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a nutty hoppy bitter crisp sharp palate. I didn’t dislike this beer but it’s a little metallic too and not too dissimilar to some other beers that have a similar style and have been marked down because of the brewer. Yes, it’s Narke and they are very very good, but this is nothing special.

Draught at Borefts, 2013. Oily blonde color, herbal, lemon, soap nose. Creamy lemon flavor with soap and herbs. Intersting herbal character, decently bitter finish. A bit medicinal, but nice drinking. Oily body.

@Borefts. They called it a forest beer, a fitting description. It tastes like it’s made with herbs and grasses from the woods. Nice, but a bit flat.

On tap @ Borefts 2012. Blurry golden-honey colored in the glass with a big lasting just off-white top. It has a really fruity melon-like aroma. Some caramel and sweet fruits. Hops with a tone of a spice I cannot remember the name of. Quite alright. It's average on the small prickling carbonation and it has a light oily mouthfeel. Nice flavors. A bit mouthdrying I guess. Some more herbal spices in the flavor. Somewhat fruity as well with something that reminds me a lot of orange marmalade and sweet cortex. Ends with a little bit of alcohol in the aftertaste. 30.09.2012
