Bottle - Lots of citrus zest, cracked pepper and nice funk. Clear gold with a nice white head. Permfumy, lots of nice citrus and a peppery light finish. Very nice.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur orangée légèrement voilée, mousse blanche fugace Arôme de pamplemousse juteux, Brett un peu poivré, zeste de pamplemousse. Goût de pamplemousse, poivré, Brett, malt, soupçon d’alcool, un peu de cuir, herbal en fin de bouche, grande buvabilité. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen.
