Canadian double NEIPA, shared at Bart's blind geuze tasting and bottle sharing event in Bruges. Snow white, mousy, creamy, open ring of foam on a cloudy yellow blonde beer with vaguely greenish tinge. Dank and sultry aroma of overripe mango, hot olive oil, diesel, fresh cilantro leaves, sweet white wine, purple gooseberry jam, maracuja, sweet apples, yellow kiwi, dough, flour. Fruity, dense and tropical onset, lychee, guava and starfruit impressions, soft carbonation, velvety and bit creamy, bit powdery mouthfeel; doughy malt sweet 'soil' underneath a wave of dank, tropical hop fruitiness, lots of mango, lychee and passionfruit with a sharper, bright citric edge. Remains very sultry and tropical till the end, where that powdery aspect lingers a bit. Very well done for this style.
