Hazy brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are dominated by caramel sweetness. A little bready and spicy too.
Bottle. dark brown color. Malty caramelly aroma with a hint of cinnamon. Malty sweet caramelly flavor, slightly alcoholic with hints of roast. Average but drinkable Dutch bock.
Schokolade im Geruch. Süßlich, moderat röstig, steigende Intensität. Etwas hefig, angenehm. 8/9/8/8/7/8
Bottle shared at jonas place. A amber beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramelish malt, riped fruits, raisins. Taste of caramelish malt, red fruits, wood, oxidized fruits.
Bottle. Cloudy red chestnut, low head. Sweet toffee and spice nose, Medium body, sweet dry caramelized notes, light roast, Mellow mouthfeel. Pleasant balance. Dry chocolate roast finish.
Bottle. Dark-ish amber with off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, caramel, herbal. Taste is chocolate, caramel, medium sweet. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Drinkable!
fles met rood etiket, volgens mij van Benzai, schenkt bruin met rode gloed en volle fijne kaki kraag. aroma van mout, biscuit, caramel, rozijn, donker fruit, bruine suiker, licht zuur. smaken zijn matig zoet, matig tot redelijk bitter, droog, donker fruit, rozijn, begint licht metalig/ijzer, mout, toffee, noten, aards, bladeren, wat weeïg, metalig karakter vlakt wel wat af maar ;t is niet top.
Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Hazy dark caramel brown with light tan head. Sweet toasted caramel malts, big yeast presence, nutty, dried leaves, subtle spices, little plasticcy thing. Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy deep amber with small beige head. Brown sugar, dried dates, light raisins and wood. There’s also some dried fruits and herbs, hard to say what exactly, but there’s a generous helping of dust too. Light milk chocolate in the background and a grassy hoppy finish. Medium sweet, bitter and body with a bit of a watery feel. Surprisingly decent.
