CO 10/03/20, BB 10/03/21, Brewed in the USA; No proper tasting notes but that one is miles better than the Berlin version; Harmonious interplay between caramel sweetness & strong grapefruit peel, flesh bitterness, also wood & herbal like presence --- Beer aliased from original tick of Arrogant Bastard Ale - Berlin on 01 Mar 2019 at 21:23 - Score: 6. Can. Color: Murky reddish brown, yellowish white head. Aroma: Floral hop, malt, caramel. Taste: Floral and slightly citrus hopbitterness with caramel and malty background. Very slightly boozy. Over moderate bitterness, moderate sweet. Bitter and dry-ish hoppy finish. Ok.
Oh hello. Need this to calm the nerves in the Eng game!
Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours clear dark reddish brown with a medium brown head. Aromas of sweet chocolate, malt, dark fruits, roast. Taste is malty, toasty, bitter, caramel, dark fruits.
Keg at Cask. Dark amber colour with medium sized creamy beige head. Aroma is spicy, but ginger. Nice but nothing that special, especially compared to the oaked version.
