Very dark brown, dense creamy tan head. Smell is sour, oaky, some light red fruit. Body is soft, easy, some light carbonation, good thickness. No booze or pucker noticable. Taste is sour, but not sharp. Some sweetness, lots of oak, bit of cherry. Nice!
Hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of oak, caramel, overripe dark fruits, balsamic vinegar, dried fruits, citrus and malt. Flavour is above moderate sweet and sour. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.
Bottle shared. Clear deep amber to mahogany. Lots of overripe red fruits, balsamico, sweet malts, massive blackberries. Medium sweet and sour. Full bodied. Nice.
Dark reddish brown, creamy head. Smells sour, some vinegar, bit of oak, light caramel. Fairly high carbonation, pretty thin body but not watery. Quite sharp acidity at first. Taste is sour, vineous, dried fruits, dates particularly. Bit too sharp for me.
THT. Gusher. Dark with offwhite head. Sweet malts, sour grains, grapes. Moderate sweet medium body and soft carb.
Yesterday. Uncertain about the batch. Bottled 2020. Easter 3x3, day 2 dish 3. Pannacotta, dumle and blackberry powder. Delicious pairing where the beer and dessert very much improve each other and they’re already amazing to begin with.
