Blanco Suave is a Belgian-style White Ale brewed with lime, agave, coriander, tangerine peel, and grains of paradise. This Ale is light-bodied with a hazy yellow color. Bold citrus aromas practically leap from the glass with traces of clove. Crisp and tart flavors of lime make for a truly enjoyable and refreshingly clean beer.

Bottle: Hazed, light yellow-gold with a minimal white head. Wheat, lemon-lime, orange aroma. Taste is sweet citrus....lime predominately....wheat malt. Felt a little thin, but tasty.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 7/14/2016. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of lemon, lime, pear, apple, coriander, orange peel, pepper, clove, light banana, wheat, cracker, agave, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, lime, pear, apple, coriander, orange peel, pepper, clove, light banana, wheat, cracker, agave, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal bitterness/yeast spiciness with slight fruit tartness/wheat tang on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, pear, apple, coriander, orange peel, pepper, clove, wheat, cracker, agave, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Light dryness from bitter/spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Minimal warming alcohol as expected of 6.6%. Overall this is a very nice witbier. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and quite refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
