Oh that juicy Ba-Dunkel Dunk. A little bit brown, a little bit spicy, just as a Dunkelweizen should be. This classic German ale was brewed for our Dearest Mr. Cruz with plenty of bubble gum-y wheat, munich and caramel malts for a robust breadiness. We fermented with Weizen yeast to round out that flavor with a touch of spice, a breath of banana and a kick of orangey tartness. It’s bootilicious.

Growler: Copper with a short, off-white head. Banana, clove.....spicy caramel, wheat scent. Taste is sweet...banana, clove, wheat malt.....banana bread. Really nice....rich.

Draft. Floral banana, clove, chocolate malt, and straw aroma. Moderately sweet banana, orange, strong clove, and light chocolate malt flavor. Good body. Clove heavy - malt flavor a bit light. Pretty nice.
