Tap at the Moersleutel, Alkmaar. Poured a hazy reddish amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is juicy red berry fruits, yeasty, lactose. The flavour is moderate sour with a smooth, rich, lactose, vanilla, tart red berry fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
I Draught /I Very thick-set, dense pinkish head, stable and extremely regular over hazy terra-cotta beer. Sweetish, raspberry jam odour, lactose. Hint @ pineapple. Lactose, diary, and very sweet. The raspberry, however, tastes completely natural, here, nice. Lactic acid and fruitacids. Lactose-creamy feel, making it more than its real medium body. Good carbonation. Nice! Rather pleasant surprise.
Draft at The Scrapyard, Alkmaar. Very hazy pink red with a light pink head. Aroma of fresh tart raspberry, freshly picked and underripe with lactic notes and lactose behind. Flavour is above moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
Draught at the (official) opening party of The Scrapyard, Alkmaar. Raspberry Lactose. Pours a deep red colour, like Roosvicee. Aroma's: sour and (unripe) raspbarries. Retronasal it's full on raspberry, sourish but also a bit sweetish. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate sour, even a little bitter, with lots of raspberry. Rather full bodied.

6/VII/19 - on tap @ DOK Beer Festival (Gent), BB: n/a - (2019-1024) Thanks to all my beer friends for sharing today's beers!
Rather cloudy red to amber beer, small creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of raspberry jam, very fruity, malty, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet touch, lots of strawberry jam, pretty sugary. Aftertaste: alcohol, lots of raspberry jam, pretty sugary.
Hazy pink colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a load of sweet and sour raspberry. Thick texture. Tart finish.
