You know, we’ll admit, we took it too far again. We made a beer that is too drinkable. Too balanced. There’s that light, yet delightfully sweet body from a blend of Pilsner and Pale malts. And you’re right that hop character is softly floral and aromatic as well as being beautifully crisp and bitter. If you need to go ahead and call us out on that fruity and subtle yeast character, go right ahead. We know. It’s a stupidly sessionable Belgian Blonde. And if that’s too much for you, well, ya know what, bub? Sorry, but we’re not sorry. You can go ahead and pour that pint in your drink hole. And you can enjoy the shit out of it.

Growler: Pours clear, deep gold with a small white head. Lemony, fruity aroma. Taste is grain malt, a nice pils sweet/bitter. Very pleasant.........not very Belgianesque, though.

Draft. Milky lemon, yeast, and biscuit malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet creamy biscuit malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body. Great German malt flavor - like a Helles.
