Clear red, no head. Aroma of red bell pepper, paprika, olive oil, cherry, raspberry, dark honey. Taste has sweet bell pepper, cherry, honey, some strawberry, gently spicy. Peppery finish with burning chili, smoky paprika but soothed by the sweet cherry. Heating alcohol still. Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation. Very interesting, never tasted something like this before.

Pretty clear red to red brown mead, no head. Aroma: meaty strt, funky, yeast, very weird, earthy. MF: no carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, lots of alcohol, nice chili burn, lots of honey, more chili, bit fruity, good stuff! Aftertaste: alcohol, sugary, soft smoky touch, fruity, cherry juicy, original flavours, nice chili burn, good stuff, very nice one!

Bottle shared. Pours blood red, still. Aromas of sweet cherries, smoke, sweet honey, herbal notes, light caramel. Taste has a lot of cherries, heaty spice, leathery, dates, barbeque, sweet honey.

Bouteille 375ml. De couleur acajou, le tout laissant un léger filament huileux doré au verre. Arôme est plaisant alternant sur des effluves douces de mielleux et de fleurs avec un ajout fruité de cerise. En rétro, un bouquet fumé subtile entrecoupe ce côté organique du miel auquel se mêle une légère pointe de piment. Palais est doux, cloying, miel fleuri agrémenté par une petite touche aigrelette de cerise et un effet fumé pimenté très plaisant. L'effet de chaleur du piment est modéré et arrive doucement après chaque gorgée.

Bottle at Cgravie's: Poured a reddish color with a white head. Aroma is cherry with spicy pepper. Taste is spicy pepper, cinnamon and cherry, works great together as it brings heat and sweet.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Shared with Anna God. Deep ruby cherry red. Minimal or no head. Aroma is great balance of honey, cherry, candy and smoked chilli pepper. No alcohol, nice. Quite sweet, spicy, somewhat hot. Flavours are candy, honey, spice with a chestnut finish - believe me. Oily texture, very soft and drinkable, slick, wonderful finish. Great drink!

Tap at Craft Room. Dark red, cherry juice body, murky. Low fermented honey aroma with some sour cherries well integrated, but not exciting. Sweetish taste, not overdone, with honey and cherries in wonderful balance, the pepper burn hitting in the aftertaste, the chipotle taste showing up late but making its presence clearly known warming chili burn, helped perhaps by alcohol, which is absent from the taste generally . A well balanced sum of its parts, enjoyable and interesting.
