Bottle (from JK). Strong canned peach and grapefruit hops aroma. Medium amber color with small head. Initially hits the tongue with a sweet peach/orange flavor but then the bitterness hits - crescendos to its peak after swallowing and very slowly fades away. A hop lover’s dream.
Bottle courtesy of DavidP, thanks. Poured into a St. Bernardus glass. Poured with a bit of lacing. Color is the best part - orange tea like, with shades of red and pink. Clear beer but can make out only shapes through it. Aroma is very present - all hop - fruit tea and simcoe creaminess. Taste is all hop as well - piney fruity tea like flavor. Just moderate bitterness (false advertising). This beer may not be strong enough to be a DIPA but I feel this really is one.
