A burly DIPA brewed with Azacca, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Errant Night is bright golden in color with saturated turbidity. Intense layers of bruleéd grapefruit, floral honey, tropical sweet fruits, and soft marshmallows. Creamy body, with rich stonefruit sweetness and a citrus pop. It's like walking under stars.

16oz can from Consumers Beverage. Golden pour, light cloudiness, skin of head. Hops come through in the aroma, followed by soft fruity notes. Taste starts hoppy, then fruity, and it goes back and forth from there. A little grapefruit spritz, bready malts, savory spice. Gentle, but complex.

440 ml can from MBC. Hazy murky orange, big foamy head. Mango, pine, ripe pineapple, pink grapefruit, papaya, herbal grassy hops. Hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, hoppy bitter finish, alcohol well hidden. Very good!

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/17/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden/amber/light orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lcing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.3%. Overall this is an incredible NEDIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish; fantastic soft feel. Fantastic Azacca, Citra, Mosaic profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected of the brewery. Loved the hop profile as expected.
