Clear dark brown beer, creamy to brown head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of coconut, more coconut, chocolate notes. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of coconut, soft roast, bitter, roasted, dry, some ashes. Aftertaste: very dry and roasted, bitter, more coconut, some vanilla and cinnamon touch.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Black with thin creamy head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of toasted coconut and tonka. Flavour also gives some coffee and sweet chocolate in the finish. Interesting that the wood gives off such a complex flavour.
