Bottle from Sandersput, Ninove. Hazy golden, big, foamy, white head. Aroma of freshly cut apple, mandarin, starfruit, unripe pear, soap, wheat, bread crust, clove, straw. Taste has sweetish apple & pear, sourish citrus flesh in a bready-wheaty malt body, some spicy notes. Grassy hoppy finish, spicy, lingering sourish yellow fruits and dry yeastiness. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Pleasant Saison.
Gushing to huge, very dense light-cream head over furiously carbonated hazy orange-golden beer. Herbal nose, garden weeds, and a sharp, spicy-peppery aroma. Wild hops-like, if intense, almost insectoid. Hard bitterness, vegetable/weeds. Not very sophisticated bittering hops. Despite the huge carbonation, seems pretty attenuated, almost thinning the brew - too much sugar added? Crude.
29/V/21 - 33cl can from Cru (Gent), shared @ home, BB: 10/X/21, B114T12 okt19 (2021-432)
Pretty cloudy deep orange beer, big solid creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty start, grains, quite fruity, some banana and peaches, little herbal, yeasty touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, spicy hops, pretty yeasty, grassy notes, hint of sweet malts but overall rather dry. Aftertaste: bitter, hoppy, spicy, some yeast, ripe banana, little fruity, some pears. Decent.
Gusher. Clear dark yellow appearance with lasting head and lively carbonation. Aroma and flavour are typical of the style with slightly soapy and spicy elements. It's nice that it's not overly sweet. The peppery spice and heavy carbonation make this pleasant to drink.
33cl bottle from Delhaize Chazal in Brussels. F: huge, white, long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: bready, bit citrus, herbal, mineral, egg yolk. T: medium malty base, citrus, herbal, bit mineral, spruce touch, long lasting bit raw bitterness, apricot, medium to high carbonation, dusty, for me nice balanced with bit harsh bitterness yet enjoyable for sure.
Hazy blond colour, white foam. Medium sweet, malty with a light spicy undertone. Taste is rather harsh bitter (vegetable bitterness). A bit unbalanced and too much carbonation.

Pours unclear, warm blonde. Medium white head. Smell is dry, hay, tad phenolic. Taste is full, dry, bitter, phenolic, hay, intense. Rather high carbo. Medium body, very decent saison !
