L’expérimentale ! En 2018, nous surfions sur le succès de la Rulles Pils. Est née l’envie d’associer la longueur en bouche apportée par la fermentation basse avec un dry-hopping très aromatique. Elle a conquis nos palais. Unanimement, nous avons décidé de poursuivre l’expérience chaque année en édition limitée mais chaque fois avec un houblon aromatique différent.

Sampled at Brassigaume 2019. A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild fruity sweet malt, grains and straw. Taste of moderate sweet hoppy fruits, grains, straw, good!

75cl bottle as from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: huge, creamy, white, long lasting. C: shiny pale gold, light hazy. A: malty, floral, nice aromatic hoppy, spicy, bready. T: medium malty base, mild harmonic long lasting bitterness, bit bready, herbal touch, citrus, fruity tones are not for the style but very good balanced beer still, medium carbonation, fully enjoyed.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, rich firm head. Grassy, fruity nose. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Grassy and floral, mildly fruity. Soft and gentle. Fairly low bitterness. Relaxed and really pleasant.
