Pours dark, clear, purplered. Smell is full, dry, woody, berries, milder pjassel. jeneverbessenhout is hidden ( if i'd even be able to recognize that taste, that is ) . Taste is full, intense, herbal ( there it is ! ) , cherries, woody, intense. Pjassel is milder in the taste. Funky, woody. very nice !

Bottle @ Gebrande Winning. Pours deep dark purple with a bright pink head. Notes of juniper, raspberries, cherries, lightly funky, tannic finish. Juniper becomes a bit overpowering for me in this but I would love to see how it develops with time!

Bottle shared at Foeders with Kermis, MarcoDL and others, thanks for sharing these guys! Bit hazy deep reddish purple with pink head. Sweet and sour cherries, then the spicy juniper notes come out which I guess are from the wood, very interesting. Herbal, absinthe, soft peach, blackberries, funk, hay, red currants, a hint of minrals and lemon. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with mouthcoating carbonation. Nice spicy notes that go well with the fruit. Great, again.

At brettfest. Aroma of spicey berries, tart, lots of horseblanket, oak, strong juniper, rich funk and some red fruit. Taste has rich funky red fruit, juniper, oak, subtle peach, cherry, spicey oak, wheat and a long finish. Wow, these bokkereyder beers are amazing.
