Draft at pigs Ear. Not a style common in the USA, so decided to branch out a bit. Hit a home run just picking this by name. Pale yellow, white wine appearance, bubbly ring lasts. Fruity aroma, lemon and pear. Taste is more fruity, a bit more lemony , mild tartness, awfully like a glass of lemonade. Super tasty.
Box @ Salutation Inn, Ham, Gloucestershire. Pours a misty yellow. Aroma has nice citrussy apple fruit. Taste has interesting, complex perry fruit, bright tannins with sharp citrus and pleasant sour moments. Nice.
