A: clear golden, thin, off-white head.
A: kiwi, quince, citrus zest, cactus.
T: sour quince, kiwi, lime & wheat.
F: tart citrus & herbal cactus.
P: medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation.
Elegant and balanced.

nice tart prickly pear nose. Medium full body. Tart and juicy. Refreshing and nice. A bit heavier than I want but I like.

Tap @ Ex Novo, Portland. Finally a beer I don't have to add myself! Woo! Pours a hazed pink-tinged gold, good off-white head. Red berries on the nose. Not much prickly pear coming through to taste, prickly sour palate, lightly tangy, distant salt, assorted berry, lightly tart. A fine, if a little bland, berliner. Would've welcomed more pear fruit.

22oz bottle from share on 6/11/16. Slightly hazy golden body with soft white head. Sweet wheat in the aroma, as well as an unknown element, which turns out to be the cactus. Sweet flavor, subdues the normal tartness, more fruit sweetness on the finish.
