Another variation of creativity in collaboration with our friends at L.S Merchants. Our Berliner Weisse Stacked with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Margaret River. The Berlinion (An amalgamation of Berlinner and Sauvignon) is a white grape sour that respects the quality of the fruit in this great wine region. Passionfruit and lime flavours are sharpened to enhance the clean acidity into a formidable thirst cleansing weapon.

330ml can from Gavel, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeasty, zesty citrus, light vinous. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp fresh, tart citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Light but refreshing. Perfect for the Asian climate.
