"Wiśniak" is a mead produced from fruit harvested from an old cherry variety, not cultivated industrially.
"Jagodziak" is a mead made of blueberry fruits collected from the undergrowth.
Whereas "Czeremszak" is a mead produced from the fruits of bird cherry, from wild growing shrubs.
In addition, the flavor is given by the fact that these are honeys created in a small, limited amount.

Fancy bottle. Dark red drink. Aroma and flavor are massive cherries, sweetness, warming booze, honey, oxidation, sourness, almonds, oak. Very good.

Bottle sample. A clear deep amber colour. Aroma of dry very strong honey, wood, sherry. Taste of intense sweet and strong honey, wood, caramel, sherry.

Sample. Light hazy amber brown, Nice sherry aroma, lightly sweet olorosso plus port, vineous, aged apple, marzipan, berry, good stuff.

Danke an Grzesiek79. Süß erdiger Beginn, viel Honig, weich, äußerst süffig. Zum Mittelteil alkoholischer mit trockenem Hintergrund, z.T. brennend, harmonisch. Kurzer Abgang, milder süßer Honig, erneut erdig. 11/11/12/9//11
