Pours unclear orange. Small white head. Scent is full, funky, raw herbal fruityness. Taste is full, tart, woody, acetic, sharp, more intense sourness than others in the series. Fairly Full-bodied. Fruityness is medium, not as aromatic as the peche Blanche.

2nd left. Hazy darker orange. More peachy than the peche blanche. A little sweeter as well. The wineyard peach is more earthy and powerful.

Couleur orange-pâle, léger voile, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est très frais un peu fruité vert - pêche, le fruité ressort bien et est toujours accompagné par les effluves classiques de lambic - entre funk moyen, citrique, un peu cave - funk.
Palais met bien l’accent sur le fruité qui ressort plus que sur la pêche blanche, acidité reste marquée remontant parfois jusque dans les narines et bien complétée par le mariage du fruit et des lambics.

Cloudy deep orange to almost amber beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, super fruity, lots of peaches, very nice, funky, lots of brett, nice! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity start, some tannins, bitter touch, lots of peaches, soft sweetness, very nice, peach flavoured candy, floral, very good.
