1/VI/19 - on tap @ Brussels Beer Project (Brussels), BB: n/a - (2019-792)
Clear pale yellow to almost lime greenish yellow beer, solid dense creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of butter, diacetyl, some yoghurt, this is not good… some slightly fruity notes as well. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: all butter, some vanilla flavoured yoghurt, diacetyl, sweetish. This is just rubbish… I hope it's only because this was released too young, and the diacetyl might still vannish later on. Or it was a problem with the tap lines at BBP, since I seem to be the only one picking this up? Was only one day after the tap take-over though...
