A saison-style ale with peach juice and natural peach flavor added. Sour peach saison. Primary aroma is peach candy. More subtle flavors of tropical fruit, pears, and citrus are also present but this beer really is a peach bomb! Light body with a prickling sour taste that lingers and then finishes dry.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is apricots, pineapple, some funk. Taste is sweet apricots, a bit tannic, tart finish. Oily light mouthfeel. Despite its sweetness, it works!

Bottle into a wineglass showing moderately filtered dark orange with light sparse white foam. The nose shows strong peach jolly rancher candy forwardness. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart and lightly sweet with a strong peach jolly rancher forwardness throughout. Flavours seem slightly unnatural but nonetheless a very interesting beer.
