500ml bottle from Real Ale Store, Newark. 7.5%. Orangey golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of mucky apple, barnyard funk, earthy. Taste is tangy tart apple, muck, barnyard funky, leathery with spicy earthy tannins. Medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
Wild festival. Clear pale golden. Woody and dry apple with some barn funk. Very dry and crispy. Pretty fly for a UK guy. Medium body with soft fizzy carbonation.
Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Bit hazy light golden with not much head. Dry flowery apple, apple peel, dry mineral funk. Light tart and bitter, very light sweet. Over light bodied, quite dry.
Thank you for sharing Giovanni! Sampled 500 ml. bottle @ GBF 2017. Darker golden. Nose is nice cider funk, sweeter apple, low sulphur-like note. Taste is sweetish apple largely, low mild funk in finish, lingering sweetness, fain sulphur. Substantial body. Higher sweetness, low but clear funk. Reminiscent of the other 2 ciders that I have had from these guys. More mellow maybe but I seem to prefer that.
