An elegant and tart low alcohol sour ale with a lovely raspberry taste. The fermentation with lactobacillus bacteria and brettanomyces yeast adds a nice complexity.

Canned (from KCM Stenhaga, Vasa). Reddish amber colour with a small pink head. Aroma is tart fruits, raspberries and some mild yeasty tones. Flavour is raspberries (hallonbåtar ftw!), some yeast and mild nutty tones.

Rojiza, ligeramente turbia. Aroma a frutos rojos y algo cítricos. Sabor frutal con predominio de frambuesas, algo ácida. Final frutal, fácil de beber. Muy buena para una baja en alcohol.

Low alcoholic sour ale by one of Sweden's prominent sour ale specialists, bottle from a supermarket in Stockholm. Initially thick, but quickly thinning, pale pinkish-tinged off-white, receding head on a hazy deep fuchsia-tinged salmon pink beer. Aroma of fresh red raspberries, sesame seed, raw tomato, lemon juice, raspberry vinegar, unsugared yoghurt, bread crust, rose petals, vague soapy note. Crisp sour onset, lots of (rasp)berry sourness, retronasal aroma of raspberry bushes even, crisp and minerally carbonation, vague cherry tomato touch, cracker- and cereal-like malt base, fruit acidity bringing ongoing tartness drying the palate but covering it in colourful fruitiness as well; mouthfeel is a tad soapy, fuller than expected based on the ABV but this probably has to do with the added lactose combined with the lively carbonation. Ends very berry-juice, dryingly sour and a tad toasty with a vague sesame seed aspect. Very pleasant, very quenching and very refined little sour, clearly among the very best choices one can make when in a Swedish supermarket, where the ABV of the sold beverages is limited to below 4%. Better than expected, even.

Bottle bought @ my local supermarket. Hazy ruby red pour with a small frothy white head. Heavy tart with plenty of raspberries & suiting dirty funk. Bit too sour but I quite like it. Refreshing!

Bottle at hotel room Stlhm. Red bright colour, medium-sized pinky head. A bit funky, raspberry aroma. Light-bodied. Raspberru juice and stoned, citrus, tartness. Berryish with lots of flavour for this abv.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy pink, off-white head. Aroma of tangy raspberry. Taste is super crisp, super tangy with a light acidity and lots of raspberry coming through. Is this really just 2.7%? Very good low strength wild ale.
