Si presenta alla vista con il suo colore biondo chiaro, velata e con una cremosa schiuma color panna. Al naso un deciso profumo affumicato conferito da un particolare malto di frumento si sposa con gli aromi erbacei, floreali e agrumati dei luppoli.
Si tratta di una reinterpretazione di uno stile storico e il risultato è una birra beverina dove l’elegante nota affumicata è in competizione con un inaspettata luppolatura.

Tap at koht. Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is smoke, bacon, sour, fruits. Flavor is sweet and bitter, smoke, malt, some citrus. Body is light. Overall: good.

Draft glass @ CML Fontainas. Lemon cleaning product faint green hue golden, soapy white head. Nose is overly heavy on soap, low wheat, esters & real excess of soap. Taste is weird soap, far too sweet soap heavy, broccoli cooking water, liquid, watery, vegetable, finish has sudden brief Grodziskie / wheat smoke, brief, weird. Body is vegetable, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products vegetable. Heavy soap, vegetables, that weird Grodziskie smoke. Far from a success.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden color. Earthy straw aroma. Taste is earthy citrus. Decent, tasty enough.
