Moksa TWO is our anniversary stout consisting of a custom blend of our finest barrels selected by our Brewers. After tasting through all the barrels that had potential we chose the following blend:

20% Stout in Heaven Hill Bourbon for 20 months
40% Stout in 18 yr old Larceny Bourbon for 13.5 months
40% Stout in 14 yr old Four Roses Bourbon for 17 months

After blending we will not treat this beer with any ingredients to showcase what barrels can do to a beer over time.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Pours black, small ring of tanned head. Smell is full, bourbon. Taste is sharp, full, coconut, bourbon, booze heat , very intense. perhaps a bit too much booze though.
