Clear golden. Sweet apple, light leathery, dry apple peel, a touch of wet barnyard funk. Medium sweet. Medium bodied, a touch of dry tannins. Decent sweet cider.

750 ml bottle from Liquor Mt. PRetty, deep golden orange, effervescent, goes to lace quickly. Sweet apple nose, some honey, touch of baked caramel apple. Sweet but nicely balanced by tartness and not cloying. Very rich, lovely apple flavor. Not complex, but quaffable and nice.

Great tart nose. The cider starts very sweet but tart with lots of tannins. Easy to drink, not too long in the aftertaste, fresh, smooth, fruity with a nice appley profile!
