Bubbles. Aroma is wood, marzipan, orange peel and wild yeast. Taste is tart, funk, vineous and caramel leading to a dry and funky finish. Where are the 9%? This is awesome. Next one please!

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, grape, apple, gooseberry, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidiuc with a long duration, sweet malt, oak, grapes - apple, wood, sweet malt, tart, riped dried fruit, gooseberry.
