Spritziger, zu stark karbonisierter Antrunk. Laff, dafĂĽr aber deutlich bitter. Okay. 9/7/7/7//8
Fast klare goldene Farbe, geringe weiĂźe Schaumkrone. Geruch floral hopfig, grasig bitter. Geschmack sehr hopfig, grasig bitter, floral.
Golden color with small white head. Aroma is slightly hoppy, also a bready malt base. Taste is bready, grainy, slightly bitter. Overcarbonated. Not excellent.
Bottle from Geers. Very hazy beige/blond colour. Nose of grapefruit and citrus. Very hoppy finish. Very well made and only 2.7%. Finish is harsh bitter. Maybe a bit too (Belgian) yeasty.
Bouteille 33cl, BB 12.2016.
Bottle shared at bab, at home (thnx Klaas! ) and at Gollem ( Antwerp ) . Pours unclear yellow, small white head. Smell is hoppy, full, taste is bitter, hoppy, mildly yeasty. Some grains in the back. Very bitter, very hop-forward, yet still balanced. Nice !
06/02/2016 33cl bottle @ BAB obtained by a trade with tderoeck shared with 77ships, kradel, ... Hazy green (yeah now and then I find IPA’s have a green colour, I’ve got a small disorder in colours, but hey I see it that way) with a big white head. Incredebly fruity, lemon, bitter but very enjoyable. Even if it had a higher ABV it was still great, the low ABV even makes it greater, even @ not the best tasting standards (temperature, lots of beers already tasted, ...) Totem definetly ROCKS. Curious for the Dulche Leche.
Thank you for sharing Bierridder_S! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Bierfestival Brugge 2016. BBF strip wasn’t marked. Very hazy amber with a collapsing white head. Nose is lovely dry floral lemon & zesty hops, bitter with some balancing fruity character, some lemon drops. Taste is lightly sparkling lemon drops zest profile mixed with dry floral hops, dash spices, grass, mellon,… Dash fizzy, body feels anything but 2.7 % ABV. Nicely dry with floral flourished, zest. Drinks really easily. Beautiful beer even without taking the ABV in consideration & even when tasted in less than optimal conditions aka large tasting session & room temp.

8/I/16 - 33cl bottle, straight from the warm chamber, into the cold car, into my mouth @ home - BB: n/a (2016-15) Thanks to Klaas for my prima nocta bottle!
Pretty bloudy blond to beige beer, big fluffly off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, lots of citrus, passion fruits, mango, some caramel, hint of band-aid. MF: ok carbon, medium body which is amazing for a 2.7% ABV beer! Taste: bitter start, fruity, pineapple, citrus, bit grassy. Aftertaste: very fruity, slightly sweet, bitter, soapy floral touch, citrus, pineapple, resinous notes. Wow! Amazing how balanced this beer is! Malty backbone despite the 2.7%, nice mouth feel, nothing watery or thin like a lot of these low abv beers. I'm impressed!
