An ode to the Aussie hops that contribute to this unique imperial sparkling ale, Boom Crash Hopera was brewed in collaboration with our SoCal compatriots at Beachwood Brewing. Highlighted by English malts and a bonzer of Summer, Galaxy, & Vics Secret hop varietals, drink in the juice notes of pear, passion fruit, and pineapple in this ripper of a beer!

You might see the trap but you still fall in -- who convinced the nice Americans that bonzer is a quantifier? Same people who think this an imperial Australian-style sparkling ale? Lovely people but you could flog 'em used derps at Engadine Maccas. 473 ml can. Cloudy amber with rocky white head.Brooding tropical fruit aroma with pineapple, passionfruit, some mango. Bready but not all that sweet. Tenor register tropical fruit and strong bitterness. Cleaner than it looks but aromatics still struggle a little through the body. But eventually there is a long fruity bitterness that fades to a point. Alcohol is just about hidden.
