Our friends Wylam from Newcastle were over here in Berlin recently. Together we brewed a IPA with loads of wheat. We whirlpooled it with some Amarillo and then double dry hopped it with 25 g / L of Idaho 7, Amarillo and Citra.

Grains: Pils, Dextrine, Wheat
Hops: Idaho 7, Amarillo, Citra

Draught. Slightly hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruits, passion fruits and some sliht toffee and floral tones. Flavour is grapefruits, some zest, mild bitterness with some slight malts. Juicy and watery.

Can at home. Hazy yellow color, full sized white head. Citrusy, hoppy, citrusy. Hop burn quite strongly. Hmm not very good imo.

Can at THT Online. Hazy yellow with white head. Sweet malts, tropical, melon, sweet and light oaty creamy, hoppy, grassy, smooth. Very nice!

Can at THT Online, April ‘20. Very hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of citrus, pineapple and tropical fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Yellow color. Grassy acidic, citric aroma . Grassy hopbitter flavor. Citrus, slightly acidic. Soft floral notes. Grassy hopbitter finish. Nice.

Can at THT Online. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Juicy hops with some citrus and tropical fruits, light flowery, green hops, soft oats, pineapple, soft wheat. Medium sweet and almost medium bitter. Medium bodied. Tasty!

Pours unclear blonde, médium white head. Smell is tropical. Citrussy. Mild hopburn. Creamy. Bit floral /spicy turning herbal as the beer warms and opens up ( better cold, this one) taste is full, rather creamy, mild bitterness. Mild hopburn ( increasing as it warms up) but not troublesome. Fruity, well drinking IPA.
