Draft - 16oz tulip pint - Tippe and Drague in Seattle - $5
Clear amber-gold color with a tight head that sticks around. Glowing beer, looks pretty. Aroma tingles the nostrils slightly with a noble hoppiness and a very clean lager backbone. Its super hard to describe a somewhat melanodin aroma, its not really clean caramel but its not not as well. Flavor has a very dry (for a lager) and slightly bitter finish. Tingly hops spread through my cheeks. The majority of the flavor is just clean with a faint caramel lager flavor. Bottom line, clean flavorful, a bit bitter noble hop character that works well.
