Blehck. Had this on tap at Flying Saucer Kansas City. One of the worst executed beers I have had in a while, especially from a decent brewer. Got this in a sampler, so maybe that messed it up but pretty weak head on a black body. Aroma is all cherry but it smells like cough syrup, does not feel natural at all. Where did they get these cherries? Flavor is similar, I got no Belgian yeast, very neutral yeast or at least covered up by the cherry. Actually, its rather dull and empty except for a tart cherry flavor that I just did not enjoy. Low medium carbonation adds to the emptiness of the beer in general. Felt flabby, cheap, and poorly executed. I would not recommend this dreck and the balls to call this a Saison.
