Bottle. Pours a hazy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, lemon, brett. Thin body, funky, brett, oak, dry finish, very good.

[Courtesy of and thanks to Kraddel][650 ml. bottle][Drank a full glass] This is a brewery whose beer I have been dying to try forever since I have a long standing love and affinity for Black Metal. These guys have beers referencing bands like Wolves in the Throne Room, Deafheaven (I love the first record, second one is awful) and Sunn o))) (“Monoliths & Dimensions” is an incredible record & yes I know that they are doom and not BM in case if someone is questioning my streetcred :). That plus they have name-checked H. P. Lovecraft with this beer and I love sours. Anyway, this beer pours a clear golden with a fluffy white head. Smells heavily of young bread, lactic, touch salty and almost feels like a gose, getting citrus flavoured child aspirin here as well, makes me think of a tart lemonade. Carbonation is very high, reinforcing the idea of a tart lemonade, tastes of children aspirins, brett, lactic lemonade, lemon, faint salt, lemon zest and tart wheat. Carbonation is really way to high. It is fun but taste like a home brewers first attempt at making a sour beer, this is really as basic as it gets, almost enough to ask the question if this is something that should be sold commercially. It is fun but this feels like the beer equivalent of someone making instant lemonade, bottling it and selling. It even tastes a bit like that. I had fun.

Bottle with a very big thnx to Geoffrey ! Pours very clear blonde, big, rather fast fading white foam , to completely nothing . Smell has sour aspects, but also a honey-like character , dry, sweet and sour . Taste is sour, dry , bit medicinal even . malty, sweet malty back . fruity aspects ( almost like banana ! ) very funky . Dry, grainy finish , with sweaty malts, and intenser fruity character . Intresting, to say the least, and even though my rating must sound horrible, this beer aint at all . Its quite intresting, and drinkable , actually ..
