Small 250ml bottle from Warsaw Airport, shared @ Seavans tasting. Yelow and quite clear pour. Nose is like daiginjo, sort of yeasty. Lightly sweet. Tastes nice sweet and light beeswax bitterness. Bit cloying, but not too much. Smooth, bit of booze but balanced and warming. Simple bit well done.
Bottle (thanks kuba). Pours yellow. Aroma is spices, sweet, booze. Flavor is sweet and sour, fruits, sugar. Finish is sour and sugary. Overall: okish.
Pours very clear and light, almost like water. Smell is sharp, bit boozy, not nearly as full and robust (nor sweet) as their Poltorak I came to know and love. Taste is rather thin, some honey, noticable booze. Sweet, but the sharp alcohol counters it well. Easy drinkin mead that will F you up easely if you don't pay attention. Mouthfeel is very similar to a Saké.
Bottle @ home. Clear honey colour mead. Sweet, lots of honey, bit one dimensional but very tasty mead.
Bottle. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is honey, flavours, pristine. Body is medium, sweet honey but also softly acidic. Not overwhelming but decent. Floral honey. No carbonation. Good.
Bottle, many thanks jfb! Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is honey, nutty. Taste is honey, nutty, sweet, comparably simple; Oily mouthfeel with no carbonation. Very nice!
Backlog rating from RBESG 2008, grand tasting: Pale yellow, no legs. Spicy honey aroma. Full oily mouthfeel. Big honey, but harmonic.
