Here's a sour beer that's on point all the time. This supremely refreshing gose flows in layers of vibrant papaya, zesty lime and sharp, salty freshness. Mosaic, Azacca and Ekuanot have got the dry-hop jazz for welcome bitterness and tropical depth. Check the lime!

Can from Hoptimism. Hazy pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma zesty and tropical fruity. Taste is tangy to light sour. Hints of saltiness. Crisp body

Can at home. Bit hazy dull pale yellow with white head. Soft wheat, lime, popcorn, soft mango and papaya, tart grains, mostly lime though. Medium sour, very light sweet bitter and salty. Over light bodied. Decent beer but has that popcorn/tortilla chips thing going on in the background that really bugs me in kettle sours.
