Bottle, 2020 version. Color: Hazy yellowish golden, white head. Aroma: Vinuous, fruity yellow and stone fruit notes, yeasty Brett notes. Taste: Vinuous, moderate to over moderate tart, light to moderate sweet, notes of white grapes, some citrus, yellow fruit and light stone fruit. Subtle herbal and yeasty notes. Subtle Brett funk. Tannins, dry mouthfeel. Just under medium body, just under average carbonation. Very nice.

12-08-18 // 330ml bottle from the brewery. Unclear orange, small white head. Nose of farmhouse and some Pferdecke with an underlaying grape sweetness. Light bodied drinkig despite 8% ABV. Great Berliner Weisse base with a slighlty bretty aroma and a mild wild acidity. Grains and hay support the belgian saison yeast. Mild wineous notes with some grape fruitiness. Soft sparkling carbonation. Wineous aroma lasts for a while in the mouth. Stunning hybrid!
