Great Berliner Weisse base with a slighlty bretty aroma and a mild wild acidity. Grains and hay support the belgian saison yeast. Mild wineous notes with some grape fruitiness. Soft sparkling carbonation. Wineous aroma lasts for a while in the mouth. Stunning hybrid!
