Very lemony and very hoppy for a kolsch. I'd argue that it's too hazy for the style. More like an IPL/Kolsch hybrid! The lemony texture is super easy-drinking. Floral and straw aroma. A little strawberry yeast esters. Generally speaking an accomplished beer even thought it's probably more of an IPL take on a Kolsch! Nice work Andy. Purchased from Siren. Drunk 28/06/2020. Can.
