Cask in The Boot Micropub, Wellington on 20th September 2022. Third of a pint on a flight of three. Clear blonde body, decent white head. Malty/grainy front, some citrus action, but it's more about the malts than the hops.
Cask at the Shaking Hand, Shirley. Poured a crystal clear yellow blonde colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, floral hops. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, malt, mineral, herbal, yeasty, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lacked any positive flavours. The flavours that it did have were plain and not entirely pleasant.
Yep it's a blonde!
Pint on tap at the Hedley Verity JDW. Medium creamy white head. Hazy golden pour. Light bitterness.
