Very pale with delicious (and outrageously expensive!) US Amarillo hops, which are earthily aromatic and the beer, highly drinkable.

Cask at Old Fountain. Pale yellow colour with big white bubbly head which soon fades. Aroma is a bit stinky, bit of manure/horse blanket/sulphur and also lemon hoppy. Taste is slightly malty, and with plenty of lemon. Seems to be quite highly carbonated. Made me really burpy. Refreshing but confusing, as the stinkiness was often overpowering.

Half pint, cask at Charlieā€™s Bar. Low bubbly head that remains at the top of a clear golden coloured body. Plain fruit hoppy aroma. Fresh hoppy taste with a lemony impact. Mid-dry, sharp bitter ending. Quite well bodied. Enjoying (Copenhagen, 23.03.2013).

Cask@GBBF2012. Yellowish golden colour with a minor white head. Aroma is citrus, some mild floral notes, nectar and some slight sweet maltyness. Flavour is rather malty with some slight citrus, nectar and honey as well. Pleasantly balanced, and good session beer.

Tap in Aarhus. A bit hazy, golden appearance with a small white head. Somewhat hoppy, straw, a bit citrusy, light grapefruity aroma. Fairly clean, somewhat fruity, light pale malty flavor. For a golden ale, it wasnā€™t bad, but it wasnā€™t anything to get excited about either.
