Hommage Bio Frambozen. 0,75l bottle at home shared with a friend. Blend 110 18/19. redish / pink color. medium big white head. smells of raspberries, cherries, nutty, marzipan, bit funky, citric, wood, oak. very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes bubbly, citric, grassy, raspberries, funky, earthy, oak, wood, cherries. finishes quite dry and rather sour with notes of funk, raspberries and some cherries. lovely, lovely fruity balance, carbonation is just rather aggressive though. 8, 4, 8, 4, 16

Pours fairly unclear, darker amber. Very minor red shine. Scent is full, earthy, tad green fruits. Medium high funk, medium oak. Tart. Taste is full, strongly acidic, medium to medium low acetic. Earhty, green, herbal raspberrys. Cherries are hidden. Medium thin bodied, medium high carbo. Fairly astrigent. Nice fruit aroma ( might have enjoyed it more if it was intenser though) . Just a tad to acidic as well.

Hazy light ruby pour with a thin pinkish-white head. Huge raspberry notes in the nose, followed by mineral funk, sour cherries, unripe raspberries, a bit of barnyard funk. Higher carbonation than other batches I've tried, and quite a bit less tart. Probably my favourite Hommage in recent years, really good stuff.

Bottle at THT. Hazy amber with not much head. Juicy rusty picking fruit. Raw berries. Medium body and soft carbonation. Juicy, sour, grainy, raspberry. Rough bit raging. I likes it.

Bottle at THT July. Hazy dull pink with fizzy vrry light pink head. Raspberry, deep funk, wheat, sour cherries, co2, light mineral, dry herbal funk. Medium sour, lighr sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.
