Hand-pulled pint at The Pheasant Inn and Brewhouse, Wellington Shropshire on 30th April 2022. It's pale and tastes of citrus fruits! Actually it's a light golden colour with a snow white head and does indeed smell and taste of lemony grapefruit.
Third of a pint at the brewpub. Thick creamy white head. Hazy golden pour. Lovely citrus aroma and bitterness.
Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2016, [ Great British Beer Festival 2016 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As North Riding Citra Pale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, grapefruit, fruity hops, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, pale malt, citrus, tropical fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160809] 7-3-7-3-15
Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Clear golden color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, decently fruity, hoppy, soft citrus fruit hoppy bitter finish. Quite useful.
Gbbf. Klares goldenes Bier. Geruch zitronig hopfig, leicht grasig. Geschmack mild hopfig, zitronig, citrus, okay.
Cask at the cellar bar Chester... Light Amber... Dry zezty fruits.. Soft sweet floral fruit nose... Juicy herbal fruit... Dry fruit... Big citrus orange
Cask @ The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold with white head. Good smooth tropical fruit aroma. Taste is vibrant grapefruit & citrus fruits, smooth and sessionable. Decent cask citra.
Beats the shit out of Hill Farmstead single citra. World class. Doesn't get better on cask
