0.75l bottle at Ambasada with Dimi, Hrabren, Iznogud and Ogivlado. Murky orange-yellow body, off white-head, fairly small. Fuuuulll, huge funky aroma, with sweetish fruity touches underheath, slightly undefined by pleasant. The taste continues with the intensity - big white grapes, glue and funk, minerally, herbal, bitterish, smooth, berry notes, clean-feeling and fresh. Excellent!
Bottle pour at St Gambrinus. Pours gold. Funk, light cereal, grape, lemon, apricot, mandarin, honey, bright zesty funk. Medium body. Good.
Sampled at Brassigaume 2021. A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart pale malt, grapes, wine and brett. Taste of sour grapes, white wine, brett, mild vinegar. Nice.
--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy pale golden, small head. Enormous aroma of elegant white wine, hay and brett. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Elegant with lots of riesling, mildly citric horseblanket. Mid bitter finish. Solid lambic, stunning riesling. Perhaps too much riesling.
Cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Sweet white fruit and nice petrol notes. Nice light petrol and a touch of white fleshy fruit. Balanced with a nice sweetness.
Yesterday. Very impressive! Perfect acidity, funk and grape character. Damn good!
Fairly hazy orange with a short lived off white head. Aroma is vinous, tart white grapes, oak, gooseberry and soft cellar funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.
Nose - super grape forward, bright brett notes. Palate: dry, with vinous notes and a bitter finish. Good amount of funk that should become more pronounced with some time on the bottle
