This sparkling organic Medium Dry cider is made exclusively from the Court Royal apple. Its natural sweetness means it can be enjoyed as a dessert fruit, but when fermented it produces a delicate, aromatic, medium dry cider. Despite irregular cropping we have planted a number of Court Royal trees and 2011 proved to be a great harvest. We offer this rare cider for your consideration.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with small white bubble. Aroma is nice apple, fresh. Taste is pressed apple some earthiness.

Bottle. Strong tannins, apple, lots of skin. Bitter tannic finish after some fresh fruity apples and a touch of caramel. Lovely.

Bottled. Golden colour with a minor white head. Aroma is sweet apples, mild wooden notes, some slight sourish notes as well. Flavour is sweet apples, some slight tart apples and also some mild sour wooden notes. Nicely dry and somewhat tartish sweet finish, making it an easy quaffer.

van fles @The Amsterdam Beerfair 2016, licht helder gouden zonder kraag. aroma en smaken van hout appels, licht sprankelend, uni, medium droog, volgend mij maar van 1 appelsoort, mist wat complexiteit.

Bottle (from siidrimaja). Pours golden. Aroma is sweet, apple, some sourness. Flavor is sweet and bitter, dry, sourness, apples, some minerals. Finish is sour, bitter, dryness. with slight booze. Carbonation is rather high. Overall: good, reminds old rosie.

500ml bottle from the Cyderstore online. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, barnyard, abit eggy. Taste is sour apple, funk, woody, rubber, with some tannins. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy woody tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Dunkerton’s Farm shop. A great blend of a new single varietal for me. Sweet and sparkly with enough tannin bite to keep you on your toes. Very moreish.
