Southern English style brown ale brewed to suit the Aussie palate. A malty brown ale, with coffee, chocolate and biscuit characters on the pallet. English hops such as East Kent Goldings and Fuggles used as subtle additions to compliment the malty characters of the beer. Malts used - Australian pale malt, English amber malt, pale chocolate malt, biscuit malt, black malt and rolled barley.
