In early 2017 we laid this Mexican mole stout to rest in oak barrels. Two years later, we’ve returned to awaken the beer and celebrate the spirits of tequila and bourbon which boldly declare their presence among the complex layers of chipotle, guajillo, and ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, and cinnamon.

Bottle shared. Thanks Adam! Pours a deep brown to black with a small bit of brown head that dissipates. Rich mole and fudge on the nose with bourbon and cinnamon with some light honey as it warms up. Thick and viscous with loads of creamy, gooey chocolate and warming bourbon with mole spices tastefully done. The heat is there, but it's not overbearing and cuts some of the sweetness. Rich and decadent.

Papryczek za duzo :( sliczny profil beczki burbonowej oraz fajnej slodkiej czekolady. Cynamon fajo. Wcale nie tak duzo ciala. Przyprawowosc chyba z beczki po tequili. Byloby zajebiste, ale papryczki przegiete ciut for mi. I tak klasa duza
