Bottle thanks to George. Pours a dark ruby brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin, dark fruit, and oak. Thin mouth with flavors similar to nose, great sourness throughout, light dry finish, very nice.
Bottle. Pours brown with tan head. Nose and taste of cocoa, sour dark fruit, wine, oak, cherries, chocolate funk, coffee and wild yeast. Moderate acidity. Medium body.
Bottle shared by bigade182: Poured a reddish brown with a tan color head. Nose is very pungent sour. Taste is a mix of tobacco, raisins, and cherry; still sour but not over powering as some.
